[Wallet] Override insufficient ETH warning

I have sufficient ETH, the wallet app is just extremely slow to notice changes to my balances.

Fixing that speed might be hard or there may be some other reason to proceed the wallet doesn't know about, so instead we should be able to override the warning and confirm the transaction anyway
